ServiceNow Technical Architect

Join Atos’s AI & Analytics practice as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives for global enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing scalable and high-performing platform architectures aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive technological innovation., * Architect and design scalable enterprise solutions and integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Engage with stakeholders to analyze functional and non-functional requirements, delivering clear architectural blueprints and estimations.
• Govern the implementation of architectural designs while establishing best practices, reference models, and design patterns.
• Architect third-party integrations with the ServiceNow platform using REST, SOAP, SFTP, and MID Server.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

8-10+ years of overall IT experience focused on application hosting and solution architecture.

5+ years of dedicated experience as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) in platform architecture and solution design.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

ServiceNow certifications including CSA, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CAD, or GRC.

ITIL Foundations certification.

Experience leading workshops, CSDM/CMDB implementations, and application rationalization programs.
