IT Solutions Manager, Operations

Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders to shape and deliver IT solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, and functionality. Manage application performance, support user adoption, and lead regional and global technology initiatives and project portfolios in a hybrid Chicago-based role., * Align IT systems and processes with operational goals and efficiency needs.

• Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders to identify challenges and implement technology solutions.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend data-driven initiatives.
• Support operational teams and promote solution adoption through training and collaboration.
• Monitor system performance, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
