Requirements

• Hands-on Citrix role that requires troubleshooting in an on prem, global environment
• Team wants 2+ years of Windows systems engineering experience with strong understanding of the Windows Server operating systems, networking concepts, and virtualization technologies (although the candidates who have made it onsite have had ~5-15 YOE)
• Team is looking for an “automation-first” approach, so they want someone with very strong Powershell scripting/automation experience. Really important to them.
• It’s okay if they don’t have much Citrix experience as long as they are willing and interested to learn it. The team is willing to train.
• Experience with observability tools is a strong plus, but not a requirement - Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, Kibana, Telegraf, etc., especially if they have set it up or created dashboards with it.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline required
• Can provide sponsorship
• Part of an on call rotation
• Includes 52 WFH days per year (prorated based on start date), role is based in Philly area. 7am/7:30am start preferred, but 8am start is okay.
