Digital Product Owner AIRBUS

• Translate customer service strategy into actionable technical roadmaps and delivery plans for the Freshdesk platform
• Own and prioritize the Freshdesk product backlog, including feature development, omnichannel integrations, and platform optimization
• Lead internal and external development teams to deliver high-quality releases, custom applications, and reliable ticketing operations
• Drive Freshdesk administration, DevOps, workflow automation, system monitoring, SLA management, incident handling, and self-service solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, GDPR, and data governance requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, * Completed studies in the field of Project Management, Computer Science or Business Informatics

• Professional experience in the field of IT, Customer Service, Change Management, Project Management and Aerospace
• Knowledge in using Google Workspace and Jira
• Fluent in English
