The Role: We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and inquisitive Accounts Receivable Cash Application Associate to join our team. In this role, you will post payments and assist with the collection of freight invoices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1 year of receivables experience (specifically in cash posting and reconciliations). We are fully willing to train the right person!
• Tech-Savvy: A good comfort level with technology and a desire to learn our proprietary AR processes.
• Traits: Smart, curious, and detail-oriented.

salary: $41,600 - $43,700 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Full-Time hourly position
• Process and apply daily customer payments
• Resolve unapplied or misapplied payments
• Reconcile A/R and ensure accurate cash posting
• Work chargebacks and short pays
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Maintain detailed records/transactions using Workday
