Job description

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders. * Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Create and manage JIRA backlog and sprint documentation. * Drive solution design workshops with business and technical teams. * Document current-state and future-state processes. * Coordinate testing strategy, UAT, defect triage, and validation activities. * Develop training materials and support business readiness efforts. * Support cutover planning and go-live preparation. * Lead communications related to requirements, process changes, and user adoption. * Serve as the bridge between business users and development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Systems Analyst with experience in eCommerce implementations. * Experience gathering requirements and leading discovery workshops. * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and JIRA sprint documentation. * Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2/Hybris) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE), SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP-integrated commerce platforms. * Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, order-to-cash processes, pricing, and fulfillment workflows. * Medical Device, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
