Senior App Engineer (all genders) - onsite in Hamburg or Berlin

• Development: Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using Dart and Flutter
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to ship new high-impact features
• Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions, drive technical discussions, and ensure long-term code maintainability
• Innovation: Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes to improve developer productivity and product quality
• Leadership (for Staff/Principal levels): Drive technical alignment across all app teams and act as a primary technical lead reporting to the Director of Engineering

The language requirements for this position are: English - Fluent., * Experience: You have 4+ years of programming experience, including a strong focus on mobile app development

• Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter is required
• Quality Focus: You write well-structured, efficient code and are experienced with unit/golden tests and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, fastlane)
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex, non-standard technical problems
