Implementation Manager

Change-IT are looking for an Implementation Manager to join a Central Government organisation based in either London or Manchester.

This role is INSIDE IR35 paying between 300- 400 per day dependant on experience. At minimum, you must be eligible and willing to undergo Security Clearance for this role, candidates with existing active SC Clearance are preferred but not essential.

Experience Required:

• Be able to take strategy/capability and turn into delivery milestones
• Have worked in Transformation/Change or Organisational Change environment
• Experience working within Projects/Programmes and Programme Progression.
• Experience working in an organisation that uses data as its driver for decision making
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, including alignment/buy in, progress reporting and presenting financial information, and providing recommendations for budget decisions and projects in flight.
• Good problem solving skills, and able to identify project blockers/issues early
