Job description

Change Manager roles in transformation and delivery coordination could involve guiding organisations through complex operational changes, improving how teams deliver, and helping businesses adapt to new processes and systems. A central focus could be on supporting stakeholder alignment and embedding sustainable change across functions., * Supporting the design and delivery of change programmes, working across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment

  • Coordinating communication and engagement activities to support adoption of new processes and systems
  • Analysing current-state operations and identifying improvement opportunities in delivery performance
  • Developing change plans and tracking progress against milestones and KPIs
  • Working with teams to embed new ways of working and remove barriers to adoption
  • Contributing to financial and operational analysis to measure the impact of change initiatives
  • Collaborating with project and programme leads to integrate change management into delivery schedules, Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role:

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in change management, transformation, or delivery improvement roles
  • Proven experience supporting organisational or process change programmes
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement techniques
  • Experience with delivery performance improvement and process optimisation
  • Financial analysis and operational skills to assess change impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with agile or delivery frameworks
  • Familiarity with change adoption metrics and KPI tracking
  • Prior experience in London-based or UK multi-site organisations
