Job description
We are seeking a GitHub Enterprise / DevOps Platform Engineer with strong experience in GitHub Enterprise administration, GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners, Kubernetes, automation, and DevSecOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise GitHub platforms, CI/CD workflows, Kubernetes environments, and automation across multiple programming technologies.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in GitHub Enterprise Administration (GHES/GHEC).
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD, reusable workflows, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience managing self-hosted GitHub runners, including autoscaling and secure execution environments.
- Experience creating and managing GitHub Apps at the enterprise level.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS).
- Hands-on Kubernetes administration using kubectl, Rancher, and Helm.
- Experience managing Kubernetes resources, storage, pods, nodes, and namespaces.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python or Java for automation.
- Experience with GitHub REST/GraphQL APIs and GitHub CLI.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Eligible to workP/GKE.
- Strong understanding of Git, SCM, SDLC, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience supporting builds and deployments for Java, Node.js, and Python applications.
