SkyMiles is seeking a proven change agent responsible for strategic thinking and analysis, initiative development, and project management to further engage our SkyMiles Members by providing a best-in-class loyalty program. The individual will analyze data and develop insights to guide recommendations for new and/or modified program benefits and policies. This position will interact regularly with Customer Engagement & Loyalty (CE&L) department leadership and work collaboratively across a variety of Delta’s commercial teams. • Identify opportunities and develop strategy for enhancing the SkyMiles Member experience, including our elite Medallion Members\n
• Apply strategic and creative thinking to SkyMiles benefits and loyalty concepts to better reward our Members and drive engagement\n
• Leverage data to identify trends and make strategic decisions across a variety of aspects within the SkyMiles program (e.g., Medallion population forecast, Choice Benefits, upgrade policies)\n
• Lead PMO efforts for strategic SkyMiles initiatives, establishing project plans, defining key milestones and dependencies with product management teams\n
• Drive the successful implementation of program benefit and policy changes by partnering with Reservations, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams from concept through execution.\n

• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.\n
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.\n
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.\n
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.\n
• 3+ years of demonstrated high performance in a corporate work environment in business, finance, marketing, loyalty, or related field\n
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills\n
• A passion for Delta, SkyMiles, loyalty and delivering an industry-leading customer experience\n
• Proven excellence in written and oral communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and strategy through effective and persuasive presentations to leadership\n
• Must be able to lead and work collaboratively and excel in a cross-functional environment\n
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required; proficiency in SAS/SQL preferred, with demonstrated ability to learn and apply new analytical tools.\n
• Possess excellent creative and analytical skills that could translate into thought leadership\n
• Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize data and form actionable, meaningful recommendations in support of SkyMiles’ and Delta’s strategy\n
• Ability to work in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and manage varying responsibilities that demand a high degree of initiative, drive, and time management\n
• Must be performing satisfactorily in current position\n
