Security Solution Area Specialist

• Lead security sales for an assigned territory, plan account activity, analyze the business, pursue high-potential opportunities, and manage the end-to-end security business.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with CISOs and other senior customer stakeholders, building awareness of our security platform and influencing customers long-term strategic direction.
• Understand customer budgets, timelines, buying processes, stakeholders, cloud and security initiatives, competitive landscape, and current and desired security posture.
• Identify opportunities to balance security and employee productivity through appropriate processes and visibility.
• Demonstrate and whiteboard cloud security solutions and relevant architectures.
• Lead and coordinate virtual teams to deliver value-based selling, from discovery through demonstrating and proving business value.
• Engage security partners to accelerate sales and establish deployment plans that incorporate partner services.
• Perform ROI and TCO analyses and use commercial offers and programs to build compelling business cases, advance negotiations, and close deals.
• Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets and other sales goals; maintain accurate forecasts and deal updates in the sales CRM.
• Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, plus technology-related sales or account management experience; alternatively, relevant technology-related sales or account management experience.
• Solution or services sales experience.

We are hiring a full-time Security Sales Specialist in Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom. This individual-contributor role is based in our Solution Area Specialists discipline, with three days per week in the office, flexibility to work up to 50% from home, and 50-75% travel. The role focuses on selling our security solutions to large enterprise customers and includes a typical time allocation of 70% customer-facing activities, 15% internal collaboration and sales management, and 15% learning and development.
