Job description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Deployment Business Analyst to support manufacturing ERP rollouts across multiple plant locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP implementation, manufacturing operations, production, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving processes., * Support ERP deployment activities, including requirements gathering, testing, data validation, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with plant teams, business users, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Prepare business requirements, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and job aids.
- Support production, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving transactions.
- Travel extensively to plant locations for deployment and onsite operational support.
Requirements
- Hands-on manufacturing ERP implementation and deployment experience.
- Strong knowledge of production, inventory, and warehouse processes.
- Experience with ERP testing, go-live, hypercare, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and support plant operations onsite.
