Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect

• Design and implement Genesys Cloud CX and CCaaS solutions.
• Lead platform configuration, development, and systems integration.
• Develop scalable solution architectures to support customer experience transformation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure performance, reliability, and seamless integration.

• Genesys Cloud CX architecture, implementation, and configuration.
• CCaaS, contact center platforms, and solution architecture.
• Systems integration and customer experience solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience implementing Genesys Cloud CX solutions and integrating enterprise contact center platforms.
• Strong background in solution architecture and scalable system design.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
