Web Merchandiser

The Web Merchandiser is responsible for managing and executing onsite web merchandising for rvca.com. This individual will work with cross-functional peers to ensure the appropriate planning and execution of product, content, and shopping tools is in place to maximize sales, margin and inventory turn while supporting a superior customer experience. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individual who can easily take initiative., * Assist in developing annual and seasonal ecommerce sales goals

• Develop and maintain seasonal open to buy by division accordance with seasonal goals
• Develop product strategy & assortment plans in accordance with seasonal goals and calendar
• Place buys for all categories accordance with seasonal calendar
• Monitor ATS for sales opportunities on a weekly basis. Review and react to improve overall sales performance
• Utilize selling and analytics to improve conversion, product page view, cross sales, add to cart rates, etc.
• Organize and execute seasonal photo shoots in accordance with the calendar and as directed by management
• Provide copy for product descriptions, product guides, size charts etc. as required to maximize on & off site search results.
• Evaluate & maintain category groupings, sequencing, site filtering. Maintain promotional shop pages based on seasonal assortment plans and relevant trends

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 4 years of fashion ecommerce merchandising experience
• Trend and fashion oriented perspective
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Organized, derail oriented details and able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Good understanding of web and web sales analytics
