• Implement, configure, and optimize PSA (Professional Services Automation) software solutions to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security, compliance, and operational integrity.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate necessary upgrades or maintenance activities.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that benefit the organization.
• Manage vendor relationships related to software implementation and support services.

• Proven experience managing IT teams within a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of PSA software platforms, including implementation processes and workflow optimization.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system improvements.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and presenting technical information clearly.
• Relevant certifications in IT management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
