Job description
Unterstützung und Betreuung der Anwender in IT-relevanten Fragen Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Störungsmeldungen per Telefon oder E-Mail Softwareinstallation sowie die Durchführung von Updates Planung und Durchführung von wöchentlichen Wartungen Analyse und Dokumentation von aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen
Requirements
Abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenbetreuung Technisches Verständnis sowie generelle IT-Affinität Selbstständige, vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
