Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Stƶrungen im First- und Second-Level-Support Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software UnterstĆ¼tzung bei der EinfĆ¼hrung neuer IT-Lƶsungen und Technologien Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wĆ¼nschenswert Kundenorientierte und lƶsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
