Betreuung des Userhelpdesk im 1st und 2nd Level Support Eigenständige Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Userfragen im Ticketsystem Identifizierung von Fehlerquellen sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsstrategien Unterstützung bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
Requirements
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene informationstechnische Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium Ausgeprägtes IT-Gesamtverständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Windows-Systemen Hohe Serviceorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Problemlösefähigkeit
