IT Support Technician

Modoc Medical Center (MMC) is accepting applications for a full-time, benefit-eligible IT Support Technician in its IT Department. This position provides technical support for computer hardware, software, networks, and end-user devices throughout the organization. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to assist and train users., * Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues

• Install, test, monitor, and maintain IT equipment
• Document support requests, problems, and resolutions
• Assist users with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Provide training on software and end-user devices
• Coordinate service and support with technology vendors
• Communicate with users throughout the support process

• High school diploma or equivalent
• IT education or related certification preferred
• Three years of related work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of computers, servers, and network hardware
