2026/27 IT Help Desk Technician - Student

Help desk employees will sometimes work nights with limited supervision.- Knowledge of Blackboard and UAOnline- Completion of approved customer service training- General administrative duties- Familiarity with video streaming services- Knowledge of HTML beneficial, but not required- Ability to become familiar with industry standards for accessible digital content and educational technology tools- Must pass a skills assessmentMinimum Qualifications:Enrollment Requirements: During the academic year, undergraduate students must be taking at least 6 credits.GPA Requirements: Students must have and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA to be employed as a student employee.Work Schedule Restrictions: While classes are in session, students may work up to 20 hours per week.Position Details:This is a part time position up to 20 hours/week during the semester.
