Job Requirements Role : Lead DataStage Admin & Integration EngineerLocation: Culver city CA (4days onsite / week)Job OverviewWe are seeking a self-driven Senior ETL & Integration Specialist with deep IBM DataStage expertise and experience across other integration technologies, bringing an architectural mindset and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.The role involves DataStage administration, support and maintenance, automation initiatives, and supporting a multi-technology integration environment.Core Technical Skills8+ years of hands-on IBM DataStage experience across administration, support and maintenance, development.Exposure to other enterprise integration/middleware technologies is preferred.Strong experience with RDBMS, complex SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Strong Unix/Linux scripting and automation skills.Familiarity with Control-M / Workload Automation and Managed File Transfer (MFT) is an added advantage.Key CompetenciesArchitectural & Improvement Mindset: Identify bottlenecks, improve legacy solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.Ownership & Leadership: Independently handle complex technical challenges and drive initiatives to completion.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and support multiple integration technologies.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in an onshore-offshore delivery model.Work Experience 7-10Years
