Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect / Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect / Application Developer to lead the technical design, development, and delivery of a mission-critical case management system replacement. This role focuses on modernizing legacy workflows into an enterprise-grade, secure, and compliant Microsoft cloud solution.

The ideal candidate brings deep architectural and hands-on expertise across Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Model-Driven Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards. You will design end-to-end solutions supporting complex client-centered workflows, implement least-privilege security architectures, integrate external systems, and ensure strict alignment with regulatory compliance standards., * Architecture & Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, data models, and configurable workflow designs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Application & Workflow Development: Develop and configure robust Model-Driven Apps, custom automated workflows, business process flows, and form validations supporting referrals, assessments, service tracking, review cycles, and case closures.
• Data Modeling & Architecture: Architect relational Dataverse environments, including entities, relationships, normalization, indexing, and performant data retrieval pipelines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Design, build, and automate operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions leveraging Power BI and Dataverse analytics.
• Security & Compliance Implementation: Implement strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), comprehensive audit logging, records retention, and least-privilege policies adhering to sensitive data protection standards (including HIPAA and behavioral health privacy rules).
• System Integration & Migration: Design API integrations, data exchange interfaces, and secure document upload/repository capabilities, while assisting with legacy data migration strategies.
• Full Lifecycle Delivery: Lead technical testing efforts (unit, functional, integration, regression), author comprehensive technical design documentation and system runbooks, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) through deployment.

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience), * Dynamics 365 Customer Service, workflow automation, configuration, solution architecture (Required 3 Years)
• Hands-on Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, solution packaging (Required 2 Years)

• Dashboard design, report modeling, DAX queries, Dataverse integration, scheduled refresh (Required 2 Years)
• Electronic records, case lifecycle workflows, intake/assessment, client management (Highly Desired 2 Years)
• Health & Human Services, behavioral health, or hospital/clinical workflow experience (Highly Desired 1 Years)
• State/federal agency solutions, legacy system modernization initiatives (Desired 1 Years)
