- Lead projects under the direction of the principal and with the support of the team
- Generate designs and presentations
- Produce construction drawings and details
- Ensure compliance of buildings codes and studio standards
- Help manage schedules and coordination of clients, contractors, consultants, city agencies and vendors
- Execute construction administration including review of shop drawings and submittals
Requirements
We are seeking an Intermediate Architect with 3-5 years experience who is passionate about residential architecture and modern design to join our team., * 3-5 years experience
- Experience with NYC residential projects and all phases of architecture
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- High level of proficiency in Revit, Autocad, SketchUp and Enscape
- Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning and LPC processes
- Keen interest in detailing and materials
- Currently live in the New York City area
