  • Pflege und Moderation von Communities auf Insta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn und Co.
  • Alle Facetten der Interaktion: von kompetentem Support rund um Elektronik-Produkte bis hin zu kreativem Engagement und Krisenmanagement
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Aktionen wie Gewinnspielen oder Live-Events
  • Insights/Analysen, redaktionelle Aufgaben, Micro-Influencer-Management und Wissensmanagement

Requirements

  • Studium im Bereich Social Media / Marketing / Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbar (mindestens im 3. Semester)
  • Affinität für Social Media und die digitale Welt
  • Kreativ, empathisch & schlagfertig - du findest immer den richtigen Ton (und das fehlerfrei)
  • Fingerspitzengefühl für sensible Themen und ein Auge für aktuelle Trends
  • Gute Englisch-Skills und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365/Teams

Benefits & conditions
