Commerce Advisory & Solution Architecture Senior Manager (all genders)

As a trusted advisor and hands-on solution architect, you guide clients through complex commerce transformations-from early strategic direction to successful execution. You connect business ambition with robust, composable architectures and support organizations in mastering the organizational, cultural, and delivery changes required for sustainable success. Your Daily Work

• Commerce strategy & transformation: You advise clients on commerce strategies and transformation initiatives, grounding recommendations in business objectives, delivery reality, and organizational readiness.
• Future-state architectures: You design composable, MACH-aligned commerce architectures (headless, API-first, best-of-breed) and integrate them into ERP, CRM, and legacy landscapes.
• Discovery & alignment: You lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions, translate insights into capability maps, solution blueprints, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Platform selection & guidance: You evaluate and recommend commerce platforms using structured, context-specific criteria and articulate clear points of view to technical and business audiences.
• Modern delivery practices: You advise on CI/CD, GitOps, trunk-based development, containerization, and platform engineering, supporting clients in adopting these practices sustainably.
• Innovation & AI in commerce: You shape the application of AI across the commerce value chain-personalization, intelligent search, dynamic pricing, agentic commerce-and within the SDLC to improve engineering productivity.

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * You bring 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, solution architecture, or technology consulting.

• You have deep expertise in composable commerce and MACH principles, with hands-on experience across platforms such as commercetools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, VTEX, or Elastic Path.
• You are experienced in advising senior stakeholders and leading workshops that translate strategy into actionable solution designs.
• You have strong knowledge of modern software delivery and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and DORA metrics.
• You understand cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their role in scalable commerce ecosystems.
• You are confident operating between commercial strategy and technical depth and communicate clearly at C-level.
