Job description
Insight Global is seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst to support a large-scale patient accessibility initiative with NYU Langone. This individual will focus on Epic MyChart ETX, questionnaire, and content build, converting patient-facing content into Spanish to improve accessibility for Spanish-speaking patients. This is a long-term project expected to span approximately 1-2 years.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Epic Certified Analyst
- Epic MyChart certification
- Experience with questionnaire and ETX build
- Bilingual, Spanish
- Epic Ambulatory certification
- Epic Interconnect certification
- Experience with Epics middleware platform and management tools such as Epic Kuiper
