11+ years of experience in C#, .NET, full-stack MVC web application architecture and development Proficiency in Penetration Testing, secure application design, and vulnerability assessment Experience with secure database design, administration, and data protection strategies Experience in Active Directory programming and automated identity lifecycle provisioning Experience with SSDLC, DISA STIG, PCI, NIST, Pub1075 compliance, and security hardening Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to lead technical discussions and documentation
