6+ years of experience managing enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and technology teams Proficiency in cybersecurity operations including incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment Experience in supervising IT staff and leading technical teams in enterprise environments Experience with managed service providers, vendor governance, SLA oversight, and performance management Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune administration Strong verbal and written communication skills with leadership, compliance, and stakeholder management abilities
