Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead with 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience and strong expertise in end-to-end Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.

• Lead the technical workstream for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and act as the primary onsite technical contact.

• Strong hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP Web Services and HCM integrations.

• Design and develop inbound/outbound interfaces, data conversions, reports, extracts and integrations with third-party applications.

• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration design/troubleshooting is preferred.

• Lead data migration, reconciliation, SIT, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, cutover, deployment and hypercare activities from a technical perspective.

• Work closely with functional consultants, client IT teams, integration teams and offshore technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.

• Troubleshoot complex integration, reporting, data-load and production issues and drive them to resolution.

• Good understanding of major HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent and Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding.

• Experience with Oracle Redwood and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalization/extensions.
