Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead :: Hybrid :: W2 position

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery of an end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The consultant will lead technical design, integrations, data migration, reporting, and deployment activities while coordinating with client stakeholders, functional teams, and offshore resources., * Lead the technical workstream for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and serve as the primary onsite technical point of contact. * Design, develop, and maintain HCM integrations, data interfaces, reports, extracts, and conversion programs. * Work extensively with HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP Web Services. * Design and support inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications. * Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration development, monitoring, and troubleshooting. * Manage technical data migration, reconciliation, system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support. * Collaborate with functional consultants, client IT teams, and offshore technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Resolve complex issues related to integrations, reporting, data loads, and production environments. * Support HCM modules including Core HR, Global Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding. * Work on Oracle Redwood UI enhancements and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalizations and extensions. * Provide technical guidance, manage deliverables, and maintain effective communication with client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, particularly Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll, along with proven technical leadership and client-facing experience., Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll. * 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations. * Expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula. * Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations. * Strong technical leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Skills * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). * Oracle Redwood and Visual Builder Studio (VBS). * HCM data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and hypercare. * Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams., A hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead with strong Global Payroll expertise, implementation experience, integration knowledge, and the ability to lead technical delivery in a client-facing environment.
