Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead -- Hybrid -- Only W2

* Lead the technical workstream for end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and serve as the primary onsite technical contact. * Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound interfaces, data conversions, reports, extracts, and third-party integrations. * Provide strong hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP web services. * Design, implement, and troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations. * Lead technical data migration, reconciliation, system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end integration testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities. * Troubleshoot complex integration failures, reporting issues, data-load errors, and production incidents. * Collaborate with functional consultants, client IT teams, integration teams, and offshore technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions. * Support technical integrations across Core HR, Global Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding. * Ensure data accuracy, integration reliability, and adherence to Oracle Fusion HCM technical best practices. * Support Oracle Redwood pages and personalization/extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS). * Manage technical deliverables, stakeholder communication, and onsite/offshore coordination.

Required Technical Skills * Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and technical leadership. * Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll - mandatory skill. * HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL. * BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula. * REST/SOAP web services and HCM integrations. * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). * Data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation. * SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare. * Technical troubleshooting and production support. * Understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding. * Oracle Redwood and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) design and troubleshooting. * Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM technical architecture and third-party integrations. * Excellent client-facing communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience coordinating onsite and offshore technical teams.
