Desktop Support Technician II

Provide onsite support for IT equipment including POS systems, desktops, printers, access points, and network devices Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Perform installations, upgrades, and break/fix support Support copper and fiber cabling, including basic terminations Document all work, updates, and resolutions in ticketing systems Travel daily (route-based travel) Work with remote teams to resolve escalated technical issues Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

1+ year of IT technical support or field technician experience CompTIA A+ (preferred) Experience with Windows, MS Office Familiarity with networking fundamentals and IT hardware Experience with cabling (copper/fiber) is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license required\nCompany Description
