Adoption and Change Management Consultant | Fully remote within the UK | Inside IR35

We’re looking for Adoption and Change Management Consultants to help customers adopt new technologies and ways of working. You’ll work with change leaders and customer stakeholders to deliver enablement plans, facilitate training, and help users feel confident using Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.

This is a hands-on role focused on user adoption, cultural change, and operational readiness.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate training sessions and office hours for Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Develop and roll out scenarios tailored to different user groups.
• Create and deliver communications and engagement plans.
• Track adoption measures and gather user feedback.
• Coach change agents and internal champions.
• Train Agent Champions and the Agent Lab community to support sustained use of agents.
• Turn adoption insights into practical operational recommendations.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.

• Experience delivering Adoption and Change Management.
• Knowledge of the PROSCI methodology; certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of how to support culture change for AI and Copilot adoption.
• Experience contributing to digital transformation roadmaps.
• Experience supporting target operating model adoption and champion communities.
• Risk management experience.
• Confidence demonstrating solutions to users and stakeholders.
