IT Support Technician

• Handle support calls and tickets across Microsoft 365, Windows, devices, networks and cloud services
• Administer Microsoft 365, including users, mailboxes, password resets, MFA and account queries
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Windows issues
• Log and document tickets clearly, escalating them when needed
• Help with customer onboarding and occasionally visit customer sites
• Liaise with third-party vendors

• Office 365, We are an established managed service provider in Hampshire, supporting UK businesses with IT, Microsoft 365 and cyber security. We are growing our service desk team and are seeking an IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) to be a first point of contact for business customers, resolving issues on the first call wherever possible. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Aldershot, Hampshire, with a salary of £30,000-£34,000, or up to £38,000 for candidates with strong MSP experience.

• Some experience in IT support or on a service desk
• Confidence and friendliness when communicating by phone and face to face
• Ability to troubleshoot everyday issues for business users
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage several tickets at once
• Full UK driving licence
• Desirable: MSP experience, Microsoft 365 knowledge (including Exchange Online, Entra ID and SharePoint), basic networking knowledge (including Wi-Fi, routers and VPNs), or IT certifications
