  • Ansprechpartner und Erstkontakt für Fragen rund um die Bedienung und Konfiguration der Microsoft Produkte
  • Tätigkeit im 2nd Level Support
  • Mitwirkung bei der Verwaltung und Konfiguration von Microsoft Cloud Diensten
  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der IT Landschaft
