  • Support der End-User im Alltag auf Basis des Ticket-Systems
  • Wartung und Bereitstellung von Laptops, Tablets, Telefonen etc.
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Entscheidungen bezüglich IT-Geräten und Upgrades
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen IT-Projekten

Requirements

Sie haben Erfahrung im IT-Support und haben Lust darauf, Ihr Know-How in ein internationales Unternehmen einzubringen? Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch fällt ihnen leicht? Dann bewerben Sie sich jetzt als…, * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder IT-Studium

  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
