Help Desk Analyst

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and Windows-related issues reported by end users.
• Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner, documenting steps taken and outcomes clearly.
• Troubleshoot desktop and account-access problems, identifying root causes and escalating more complex issues when needed.
• Support user administration tasks within Active Directory, including account updates and access-related assistance.
• Assist team members with Windows 10 functionality, system settings, and common workstation problems.
• Communicate with users throughout the support process to set expectations and confirm issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and recurring technical concerns to support service improvement. Requirements - Experience providing help desk or service desk support in a detail-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory for basic user and account administration tasks.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10 desktops.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for software, system access, and end-user technical issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and documenting support activity accurately.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users clearly and effectively.
