Your work will directly influence the security posture and operational excellence of a high-stakes production environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the operational management of IAM and IGA platforms (Keycloak, MidPoint) with a relentless focus on stability, performance, and security.
• Monitor platform health, analyze logs, and proactively address alerts to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Manage and renew TLS and IdP certificates (SAML/OIDC), ensuring secure authentication flows.
• Support and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB) integral to IAM operations.
• Lead incident management: analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues, performing root cause analysis and platform recovery as needed.
• Own the full lifecycle management of IAM/IGA platforms: plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and environment validations.
• Configure and maintain Keycloak and MidPoint, implementing authentication flows, roles, policies, and provisioning rules while enforcing security best practices.
• Integrate new applications via OIDC/OAuth2 and SAML, optimizing joiner/mover/leaver processes and access models.
• Design and implement automation for installation, configuration, and provisioning using scripting languages (Groovy, Python, etc.), streamlining operational processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, sharing knowledge and coaching less experienced team members.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, development, and security teams, acting as the technical point of contact for IAM/IGA operations.

• Proven experience in operational management of IAM and/or IGA platforms, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Keycloak and/or MidPoint, with hands-on experience in authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong command of OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML protocols.
• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution within Linux environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MariaDB databases.
• Track record of successful integrations, provisioning, and security configuration within IAM platforms.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, migrations, and high availability (HA) architectures.
• Automation and scripting skills (Groovy, Python, Javascript) to drive operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of LDAP/directory services is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a coaching mindset.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and thrive in high-stakes environments.
