Scrum Master (EaaS, Pune)

• Coach team members on aglie practices with strong focus on quality
• Coach, motivate scrum teams to deliver as per plan, scope and quality goals
• Facilitate communication internally and with global stakeholders
• Collaborate with product owners/business owners and facilitate backlog grooming
• Nurture and strive to make scurm teams towards self organizing
• Facilitate scrum cermonies like retrospection, sprint planning/review
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution or negotiation skills
• Scrum Master role exprience in software developemnt organization

• SAFe Scrum Master or equvivalent Scrum Master certification
• Experience of handling Open Source Software (OSS) projects and exposure to such culture
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Git etc.
• What do I need to be Eligible for this Role?
• An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.
• At least 6 years of experience in Scrum Master role managing Software Development teams.
• 8-10 Years of Total Experience
• You should have Sound knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes.
• You should have Working experience of Agile Scrum, Kanban, Lean Principles, DevOps, CICD.
• Developer background would be a plus.
