Scrum Master

The successful candidate will be proactive, delivery-focused and comfortable working across technical and business teams in a complex, fast-paced environment., * Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a SAFe / Scaled Agile environment

• Experience within Financial Services - Asset Management, Fund Administration or Alternative Investments desirable
• Experience managing multiple Agile squads simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of PI Planning, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Scrum and cross-team dependencies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery management.
• Experience supporting complex technology transformation, SaaS implementations or systems integration and/or migration programmes.
• Experience working with third-party technology vendors and SaaS delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge delivery teams constructively, remove blockers and drive accountability.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
