Installation und Konfiguration von Microsoft basierten Systemen, inkl. Verantwortung für die Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen Unterstützung bei der Vorantreibung von Cloud-Lösungen innerhalb der IT-Infrastruktur Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports sowie die Übernahme der Betreuung auch beim Kunden vor Ort Erstellung von IT-Dokumentationen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration sowie Fachkenntnisse in der Installation und Konfiguration von Microsoft basierten Systemen Kenntnisse im MS-Client- und Serverbereich Analytisches Denken sowie eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
