Verantwortung für den Betreuung und die Betreuung der Hard- und Software Annahme und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowohl remote als auch vor Ort Installation und Reparatur von Endgeräten Koordination und Durchführung von Arbeitsplatzumzügen Kontrolle und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im oben beschrieben Aufgabenfeld Technisches Verständnis sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Windows-Lösungen Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
