SAP FICO Lead Functional Consultant

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Functional Consultant to lead Finance and Controlling solution delivery within SAP ECC environments and support future S/4HANA transformation initiatives for a global technology services firm. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on configuration expertise, strong manufacturing finance process knowledge, and the ability to work closely with finance, accounting, treasury, and controlling teams. This is a hybrid/on-site role in Reno, Nevada. What You’ll Do:

• Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, treasury, and controlling teams.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, PCA, and Product Costing.
• Drive integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Participate in ECC-to-S/4HANA assessments and migration planning.

• 12-15 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong ECC implementation and support experience.
• Expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, PCA, and Product Costing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance processes.
• Ability to work hybrid/on-site in Reno, NV., * S/4HANA Finance experience.
• SAP FICO certification.
• Experience with product costing and profitability analysis in manufacturing environments.
