• Configure Dynamics 365 CE functionality across Sales, Service, and related applications
• Create and manage user stories and work backlogs
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams
• Support data migration and integration validation activities
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
• Develop training materials and facilitate user adoption
• Serve as the functional escalation point for customer issues
• Drive successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CE workstreams throughout the project lifecycle
