AI developer

• Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise conversational AI agents using GECX / Dialogflow CX. \n

• Deep understanding of Dialogflow CX capabilities including flows, intents, state handlers, route groups, condition rules, webhook fulfillment, context/session management, and generative capabilities. \n

• Strong Python development experience. \n

• Hands-on development experience with C#/.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js. \n

• Experience building REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and asynchronous integrations. \n

• Strong automated testing experience across APIs, backend services, and conversational AI solutions. \n

• Advanced experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including YAML pipelines and automated deployment processes. \n

• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with ServiceNow REST APIs and Azure services. \n

• Strong SQL development and relational database experience. \n

• Experience with prompt engineering, intent classification, conversational context management, fallback orchestration, and human escalation patterns. \n

• Experience working within SAFe Agile environments, including PI Planning and Agile Release Train dependencies. \n

• Strong Git-based software-development experience and proficiency with modern development environments such as VS Code. \n

• Understanding of enterprise security practices including OAuth2, RBAC, API security, and secrets management. \n

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. \n

• Experience with Google Vertex AI and generative AI capabilities. \n

• Experience with Contact Center AI (CCAI) architectures. \n

• Experience integrating conversational AI with telephony or voice platforms. \n

• Knowledge of SRE practices, telemetry, observability, monitoring, and AIOps. \n

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. \n

• Experience deploying serverless solutions using Google Cloud Run, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions. \n

• Experience supporting large-scale, highly available enterprise AI or conversational platforms. \n
