Full Stack Engineer

This leadership position involves architecting and building scalable full stack systems, including backend services, data models, and modern frontend interfaces that support intelligent, data-driven product experiences. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, influencing core services and creating end-to-end applications leveraging AI and machine learning technologies for enterprise insights and operational optimization., n \n

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications with modular backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, and frontend UI components, prioritizing performance, security, and scalability. \n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product management, design, data science, and DevOps-to translate complex requirements into reliable, user-centric solutions. \n

• Define and optimize canonical data models, manage complex data relationships (graphs, hierarchies), and develop search/indexing solutions (Elasticsearch, vector search) supporting AI-driven search and recommendation features. \n

• Build event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka and cloud-based pub/sub systems, implementing real-time data streams and asynchronous workflows. \n

• Integrate AI/ML functionalities-including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and entity resolution-enhancing workflow usability and business value. \n

• Establish frontend architectures using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular with a focus on performance, accessibility, and shared UI component libraries. \n

• Drive system reliability, observability, automated testing, and continuous improvement processes. \n

• Implement security measures including role-based (RBAC), attribute-based (ABAC), and multi-tenant access controls across all development layers. \n

• Mentor engineering teams on system architecture, code quality, and best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence. \n

• Partner with DevOps and security teams to oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance. \n

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience with proven leadership in enterprise-level systems. \n

• Strong expertise in backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) with modern build tools (Vite). \n

• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with deep understanding of data modeling (relational, NoSQL, graph databases). \n

• Extensive experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs within large-scale, service-oriented architectures. \n

• Practical knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, cloud pub/sub) and asynchronous workflows. \n

• Skilled in implementing security controls (RBAC, ABAC) and optimizing multi-tenant applications, familiar with search technologies (Elasticsearch, vector search). \n

• Deep understanding of cloud-native development on AWS, including CI/CD, observability, and automation practices. \n

• Experience integrating AI/ML features such as retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, and AI workflow observability.
