5-10+ years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Data roles \n

Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central required) \n

Advanced Excel expertise (non-negotiable) \n

Pivot tables, complex formulas \n

Data reconciliation \n

Strongly preferred: Power Query \n

Proven experience working with large, complex datasets across systems \n

Ability to scope work independently and estimate effort accurately \n

Strong root cause analysis skills (not just surface-level fixes) \n, * Experience with Payroll (SAP ECP, ADP) and/or Workforce Management
