Job description

Bereitstellung von IT-Support für Anwender vor Ort und remote Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Hard- und Softwarebereich Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Rollouts Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten im Active Directory Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Benutzeranleitungen Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern bei der Wartung und dem Ausbau der IT-Infrastruktur

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik und den gängigen Betriebssystemen Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
