Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik Berufserfahrung im Support Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerkumgebungen und Datenbanken Gute Kenntnisse über gängige Hard- und Software Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gute Kommunikation und freundliches Auftreten
